What an experience!
Dear Golden Care Member,
How are you?
Here at Golden Care the last two weeks have felt like a month’s worth of emotions and intensity. Especially as the whole team are now teleworking for the well-being of all. Not only does this require a lot of organisation, but it also means that our lovely team are not together.
Instead our new ritual at Golden Care is to have a digital coffee meeting every morning to keep in touch and share our thoughts and plans for the day before we all settle down to working on our own. Because yes, human warmth is the best cure, even at a distance, in these times of confinement.
That’s why I wanted to spread a little sunshine by regularly sharing articles that can help you in your daily life, that we hope will bring you useful and entertaining information. Giving you some ideas to boost your mind and body during this period.
And today I am sharing articles on how to organize your work at home. I imagine that many of you who are reading this are currently teleworking and are sometimes disturbed by the noise of your family watching tv, or finding it difficult to concentrate because you are not in your usual work environment, right? These articles will give you some ideas on combining home and work!
Here’s how to help yourself!
Reading this article, I found it interesting that it underlines the importance of physical posture and the rituals to adopt, like getting dressed (and why not even wear your sneakers!), how to communicate with those arounds and with your colleagues.
Five essentials for homeworking

Balkonzept: Homeworking on your balcony
And when I was talking about sunshine to help improve your mood, here’s how to enjoy the good weather while teleworking.
Take care of ourselves, our loved and others!
Amandine,
Your mood companion
